ORDERS & SHIPPING

All S‑Brillet jewelry is handcrafted with care, so delivery time depends on the type of item you order.

Ready‑to‑Ship itemsIn‑stock pieces are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Made‑to‑Order itemsThese are customized pieces made specifically for you (outside of regular pre‑order collections). Production takes additional time, and orders are typically dispatched within 5-10 business days from the order date.

Pre‑Order itemsPre‑order pieces are handcrafted after a new collection officially launches. These items usually ship within 4–7 weeks from the collection launch date, depending on production timelines.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and an estimated delivery window. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, customs processing, and local courier services.

Yes, we ship worldwide with some exceptions. You’ll see available options and shipping costs at checkout based on your location.

Standard shipping rates are shown at checkout. Shipping is free for:

• All orders over $100 for Shiny tier

• All orders for Starlight & Galaxy members

Yes, but only before the item ships. Contact us via our chat system under “Shipping Terms” → “Order Modifications & Cancellations” within 12 hours of ordering.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure:

• You may reship (fees apply) or

• Request store credit refund (excluding shipping & duties).

If the item is missing, no credit or refund will be issued.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Yes, but only before it ships. Contact us within 12 hours using our chat system under

“Shipping Terms” → “Order Modifications & Cancellations.”

VIP members (Shiny, Starlight, Galaxy) may:

• Add or remove items

• Swap ring sizes or variantsIf

your total cost drops after a modification, we’ll refund the difference as store credit.

If cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (or to your IBAN if applicable) within 7–10 business days.

Taxes, Customs & Duties

International orders (outside of the EU or Singapore) may incur customs or import duties based on your local laws. These fees are not covered by S‑Brillet.

VAT is included for orders shipped within the EU and Singapore. For other regions, any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout or may be collected by your local customs.

Authenticity & Ethics

Only use non-abrasive, gentle jewelry cleaning solutions. Avoid harsh chemicals, especially for vermeil or rhodium-plated items.

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches. Keep it away from heat, humidity, or direct sunlight.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Faulty or damaged items upon arrival

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and include original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

• Made-to-order or customised pieces

• Sale bundles, free gifts, crystals, or store credit cards

• We cover shipping for faulty or damaged items.

Use our chat system, choose “Return Policy,” then select “Exchange & Return Process” and complete the follow-up form. You’ll receive full instructions by email.

Refunds are issued only in specific cases (e.g., return shipping reimbursement, pre-shipment cancellations). Otherwise, store credit equal to your item value is granted, excluding shipping/duty fees.

Our jewelry is crafted from:

• 925 Sterling Silver

• 2.5 μm Yellow Gold & Rose Gold Vermeil

• 1.0 μm Rhodium Plating

Each piece is ethically sourced and handcrafted with care.

To protect your jewelry and prolong its beauty:Sterling Silver (925):

• Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture.

• Use a silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish.

• Avoid salt water, sweat, and strong chemicals.

Gold & Rose Gold Vermeil (2.5 μm):

• Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising.

• Keep away from perfumes, lotions, and sprays.

• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Rhodium-Plated Silver (1.0 μm):

• More tarnish-resistant than plain silver.

• Avoid abrasive cleaning or polishing compounds.

• Do not expose to chlorine or bleach.

Our jewelry is designed in SIngapore and crafted in carefully selected international workshops that meet our quality and ethical standards. We focus on craftsmanship, materials, and responsible sourcing rather than mass production.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

Our 2-year warranty for Starlight and Galaxy members includes:

• Manufacturing defects (loose stones, solder issues)

• Faulty clasps, broken chains from normal use

It does not cover:

• Tarnishing or fading from wear or chemicals

• Accidental damage or loss

• Third-party repairs

Yes. We provide paid services including:

• Gold/rhodium re-plating

• Stone replacement

• Chain/clasp repair

• Scratch polishing
