Shipping Terms & Policy

Where We Ship

We proudly ship worldwide through our trusted logistics partner, iHub Solutions.

Excluded Countries & Regions
Due to customs restrictions or unstable logistics infrastructure, we currently do not ship to:
Africa: Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Zimbabwe, DR Congo, Central African Republic
Middle East & Asia: Syria, Yemen, Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine (Gaza Strip), North Korea, Myanmar, Turkmenistan
South America & Caribbean: Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti, Guyana, Bolivia
Eastern Europe & CIS: Belarus, Kosovo (disputed)

Remote or Unsupported Regions (within otherwise eligible countries):

  • India: Jammu & Kashmir, remote Himalayan villages
  • Philippines: ARMM region (Sulu, Basilan, Tawi-Tawi)
  • Indonesia: Papua & West Papua
  • Russia: Crimea, Chechnya, North Caucasus
  • Brazil: Deep Amazon and border jungles
  • China: Tibet Autonomous Region, Xinjiang Uyghur region
  • Canada: Northern Territories & remote First Nation communities
  • Australia: External territories (e.g., Norfolk, Christmas Island)
  • USA: Minor Outlying Islands (e.g., Wake, Midway Atoll)

⚠️ Not Supported: PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, parcel lockers


Order Produced & Fullfilment Processing Times

All S-Brillet jewelry is handcrafted with care. Processing time varies by product type:

  • Ready-to-Ship: In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
  • Made-to-Order: Customised items made just for you (outside of regular pre-orders) require additional time to produce. These are typically dispatched within 2-3 weeks from the order date.
  • Pre-Order: These pieces are handcrafted after a new collection launch, typically ship within 4-7 weeks from the collection launch date.

📝 Please note: All processing timelines are estimates and may be extended slightly during high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen delays. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.


Shipping Options & Costs

We offer Standard Worldwide Shipping:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5-$15 for orders under $100
  • VIP Members (Starlight & Galaxy): Always free shipping, no minimum

Express or overnight delivery is not currently available.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Global Shipping Time: 7-14 working days after dispatch
  • Delays may occur during holidays, customs clearance, or courier disruptions

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate
  • If it doesn't update immediately, rest assured your order is on the way

You can track your parcel through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.


How We Package

Each piece is packaged with elegance and protection:

  • Jewelry is placed in a secure branded box
  • Wrapped with crump paper and protective fabric
  • Sealed in a durable outer shipping box

Note: Discreet packaging is not available. Our outer box may include branding.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your destination, import duties/taxes may apply:

  • UK, EU, Australia, Mexico, New Zealand, Ireland: Taxes and duties included at checkout
  • Canada: Duties included, taxes collected at checkout or on delivery
  • Other Countries: If available, choose prepaid customs to avoid surprise fees

We do not under-declare values or mark shipments as gifts.


Split Shipments

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items:

  • We may ship them separately at no extra cost
  • You'll be notified via email if split shipments occur

Shipping Insurance

All orders include basic shipping time can be protected for transit loss.

  • For added protection, premium insurance may be offered with extra cost at checkout (if available)
  • If your insured order is lost, contact us to assist you further

Delivery Issues & Delays

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it:

  1. Check around house, mailbox, front desk/porch
  2. Ask neighbors or building admin
  3. Wait 24-48 hours in case of early scanning
  4. Check with local post office

If still unresolved, contact us at your support email.
Note: S-Brillet is not liable for stolen packages or errors made by the carrier, but we will assist in resolving the issue.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately.
Modifications or Canceling your order: Once your order has shipped, no changes can be made. It must be returned. Our general return policy applies.

Product Changes, Address, or Cancellations before shipment:
If you need to change, add/remove an item from your order, or cancel it:

  • Contact us within 24 hours (or sooner!) of placing your order at your support email
  • To change an item (e.g., swapping size, metal color), process is unfulfilled
  • To add an item to your order
  • To remove an item from your order
  • If the order has not yet been shipped we will do the requested item/s or order cancel.
  • Custom orders are ineligible for changes
  • Promotional item/free gifts are not eligible for present/exchange/refund
  • Process standard return or exchange process later

Important:

  • Modification may impact your total cost, shipping fees, and gift or bundle discount eligibility.
  • Change your order cannot be guaranteed. We will confirm via email once the change is processed.

Order Cancellations (Before Shipment):
If you cancel your order before shipment, the following cancellation fee applies (deducted from your refund):

  • Original payment method: (Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.)
  • Cancellation fee: 5% of the total order value

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you request to cancel your order before shipment, we can issue an S-Brillet Gift Card instead (no cancellation fee applies).

  • Original payment method: (S-Brillet Gift Card) - highest value card preferred, to be on the safe side, prior to standard return time frame

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or provider.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery:

  • We will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address and arrange for reshipment.
  • If the error was ours, we will reship it promptly. S-Brillet is not responsible for incorrect communication on delivery.

If the error was due to customer input (e.g., incorrect address entered, package not picked up from local facility, failure to pay customs/duties, etc.):

  • Reship the package: Additional shipping fees may apply, depending on the destination and region.
  • Issue a refund (excluding custom/made-to-order items): A refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs and a $15 handling fee.

Shipping Disruptions

Unforeseen events (severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, etc.) may impact delivery times. S-Brillet is not liable for delays caused by these events.
