Returns Policy
Welcome to S-Brillet’s Returns Policy. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Please review the following guidelines for our returns process:
Extended Return Window:
Enjoy an extended window with our updated Return Policy. Simply send us an email within 30 days from the day you receive your parcel indicating whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Please note that this extended return policy is only applicable for orders placed from November 1st, 2023.
Exclusions:
Please be aware that all items from our Final Sale collection are excluded from exchanges or returns. Additionally, promotional or sale items are also excluded from exchanges.
Return Procedure:
Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll provide you with step-by-step instructions for returning your item. After receiving the return address, please ensure that your items are returned within seven (7) working days. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Direct Exchanges for Promotional or Sale Items:
We no longer offer direct exchanges for promotional or sale items. However, if you need to return an item, we’ll assist you in processing the return and issue you a voucher in return. This voucher can be used towards your future purchases.
Return/Exchange of Broken or Defective Items:
If you’re returning a broken or defective item, please attach a picture clearly showing the issue(s) and describe the problem. If you’re unable to provide a picture, please contact us, and we’ll assist you further.
Upon your request for a return, we’ll issue you a return address and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly written on the label or the outside of the box. Additionally, provide us with a tracking number via email at [email protected].
Shipping Responsibility:
You’ll be responsible for the shipping fee when sending the item(s) back to us. However, if you opt for an exchange, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send the new item(s) back out to you. Please note that exchanges are only possible for full-priced items.
Processing Time:
Once your package arrives at our facility, it may take a few days (up to 14 days in rare cases) for us to process your request. During this period, our warehouse staff will verify and account for the returned items. We’ll notify you via email as soon as we’ve confirmed receipt of your return and finalized the process.
Additional Notes:
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund can be issued.
- Moon Magic gift cards are non-refundable.
- Taxes, duties, and shipping costs are non-refundable for all countries.
